It’s easy to refer someone to Choice

We realise how difficult it can often be for parents, carers or agencies to make a referal of an adult with a disability to care services – and this is where we’re different!

Not only is our care safe and offers people a great day, but we can also process applications within a matter of days.

Referral Steps:

  1. Fill out a referral form (and we’ll begin making an assessment on whether we can care for the applicant safely)
  2. Arrange a centre visit to meet team and tour the venues / taster Session (looking at integration with staff and other clients)
  3. Support plan production and funding confirmation
  4. Start at Choice

Benefits of Choice

We’ve seen confidence grow, see friendships develop and everyone is offered safe care, enjoying a wide programme of activities.

Whether it’s 1-1 support or care in a wider setting, our trained and dedicated staff are on hand to make sure everyone has the best of days with us.

We realise how tough it can be to be a carer of an adult with a disability – and our passion at Choice is to take the worry away from carers, perhaps giving a much needed break – and also offering a listening ear and support to you.

How much does it cost?

It costs £49.58 per day to attend Choice, with half-day sessions costing £24.79.

Where 1-1 support is needed, it costs £20.08 per hour. Our sessions are invoiced on a monthly basis with direct debit options available.
